To prepare for a PDO thread lift, you must do the following before your procedure:
- Stop smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.
- Avoid sun exposure (including tanning beds) for at least two weeks prior to your procedure.
- Make sure that you have someone drive you home after your procedure.
- Avoid taking any blood-thinning medications for at least 48 hours before your procedure.
